As part of our expansion project, in 2025, in collaboration with Estudio Siete and Inmobiliaria Letrán Valle, we will inaugurate our first building focused on apartments, with all services included, without the need to make security deposits or request guarantors.

The building will consist of four luxury apartments and a penthouse with a terrace, available for stays ranging from one month to one year. Furthermore, it will be the first residential development in Mexico City to offer " High Tech Self Service ," meaning it will be entirely staff-free. The check-in process and use of the facilities will be handled through automated systems designed to enhance the stay and create a modern and dynamic environment for our guests.
